Exchange Policy

fitZ currently offers exchanges only.

We do not offer refunds at this time.

Exchange Request Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be entertained.

All requests must be submitted officially through:

Customers must include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Contact number
  • Clear reason for exchange
  • Supporting images/videos where applicable

 

fitZ may take approximately 24–48 working hours to review and respond to exchange requests.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Remain unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be free from stains, odors, perfume, marks, damage, or signs of use

 

Any item showing indications of wear, washing, tampering, alteration, or tag removal may be rejected during inspection.

fitZ reserves the right to deny exchange requests that fail quality inspection requirements.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

In Cases of:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Damaged item received
  • Verified manufacturing defect

 

fitZ will bear the applicable exchange shipping costs.

In Cases of:

  • Size exchange
  • Customer selection issues

 

The customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping charges, including return and re-delivery costs.

Exchange Availability

All exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested replacement size or product is unavailable, fitZ may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Coupon code of equivalent value
  • Exchange for another available product of equal value

 

Refund Policy

fitZ currently does not offer monetary refunds.

Orders placed through:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Discounted sales

 

remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated by fitZ.

Order Refusal & Failed Deliveries
